Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your trust in our services. However, as our offerings involve digital, real-time, and personalized content, our refund policy reflects the nature of such services.


1. Non-Refundable Services

All live astrology webinars offered by Pushyay are non-refundable once registration and payment are completed. This is due to the immediate delivery of service, allocation of astrological resources, and personalized session structure.

2. Cancellations by the User

Cancellations initiated by participants are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to attend the session

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Technical issues on the participant’s end

However, in genuine cases (e.g., medical emergencies), you may request a session transfer to the next available date. Approval of such transfers is entirely at the discretion of Pushyay and must be requested via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled webinar.


3. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Pushyay

In rare cases where a webinar is canceled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, astrologer unavailability), registered users will be:

  • Notified promptly via email or SMS

  • Provided with the option to attend the next rescheduled session at no additional cost, or

  • Offered a full refund to the original source of payment if rescheduling is not suitable

Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.


4. Technical Issues

Pushyay is not responsible for technical issues faced by users such as poor internet connectivity, device compatibility, or login failures due to incorrect credentials. We recommend checking your setup well in advance before the session begins.


5. Digital Access & Attendance

Once you have registered and paid for a webinar, you will receive an email with joining instructions and webinar access credentials. These are for individual use only and should not be shared. Attendance is logged, and duplicate access may result in removal from the session without refund.
